Agreed. Would imagine they unload McD if teams start sniffing around those guys to give them for flexibility. He was great for them during these runs but that contract might quickly become an anchor.

Foote is very over rated. Watched enough of him to know he is SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW . I think their other prospect Ben Thomas who has been in the AHL for a few years looked better in his 5 game call up. I wanted Foote to be the guy but he will be a bottom pair D at best if he cannot get his skating up to par for the NHL. What I am trying to say is Foote is replaceable and that is sad to say about a 1st round pick.
