    Any Tampa fan know's that Tyler Johnson wont waive for any Canadian team, All Canadian teams are on his no trade list. He'd go to Detroit before Montreal.

    updated the trade to MTL and added another pick but if Andrew Ladd, a guy that doesn't even play anymore, is going for two 2nds and a 3rd, I can't imagine a guy that can still contribute will warrant a serious haul. Johnson's more than capable of being a 3rd line C on most teams.

    5.5M for another 2 years w/ essentially no ice time vs. 5M for another 3 years w/ a 3rd line Center.

    yeah it'll be tough, winning 3 cups is a tall task anyway, but losing the entire 3rd line leaves you with little hope (unless? Coleman? please?).
