Offer Sheet Makar lol

Description
Avs likely match the offer. No way this stuff ever happens, not Armstrong's style. Also Cale would likely decline to stay with the Avs. Tkachuk offer is dependent on Seattle selecting Dunn and Vladi expanding/waving his ntc. Been reported he said he just wants out when he heard he was being left unprotected.

You wouldn't take Makar at 10 mil !? The kid is worth more honestly. He's a truly special gifted player.

Nobody can trade **** right now. What's your point? As noted above, it would involve Seattle passing on Vladi and taking Dunn.

The point is Seattle very likely isnt passing on Tank. A report as already come out that they intend to select him and flip him Philly

Even if he doesn't get taken Flames don't consider that

I've seen rumors about PHI being interested in Tarasenko, but I haven't seen one where Kraken is rumored to pick him and flip him there.

They may and they may not. As said at the top of the page, this is in the event they pass on him and that none of this is very likely. Learn to read dude. And according to the idiots on here you could basically let Calgary hand pick a package of their liking and they'll still say no lol.

"The idiots on here" lol? You offered a player your team is trying to give away for free, a pending UFA, and an average d prospect. None of which helps Calgary now or in the future more than Tkachuk. If you really want him it starts with Kyrou and Thomas

St.Louis doesn't want to just give him away. He has a NTC with a list of like 10 contenders right before expansion when teams are trying to get their protection list in order and can't afford to take him on without cap retention and/or unequal value players. Also included in the trade is one of the better top pairing right handed defensive D men in the league and the top prospect the blues have,, left shot offensive D who just won the Hobey baker award.... Calgary could use all 3 of these piece right now and be a better team. I also believe Vladi was left unprotected just because HE WANTS OUT and Doug felt like he was running out of options. He probably also surmised that if Seattle didn't pick him that it would send a message and he would expand his list of teams/wave his NTC. Which it seems from what I've hear that's exactly where Vladi is at after hearing he was left unprotected.

Giordano is going to Seattle, Tkachuk is the next captain, you arent getting him for anything less than a massive overpayment. And no those 3 players don't make Calgary better now, did you even consider that Calgary is taking on over 6 Million cap space here that can be spent are far more useful player(s) without downgrading Tkachuk to Tarasenko. If your players are so good I highly suggest you keep them

Also if I didn't just give away a **** ton of picks in the extremely unlikely Makar offersheet, I would top it off with a pick, likely a 1st or second if that pushed the deal through.

Tarasenko is not a downgrade from Tkachuk. Vladi scores 30 goals this year, mark it down. And if I were to offer a realistic trade, I don't let Parayko go because I'm not getting Makar and I would offer Vladi + Thomas or Kyrou and a 1st with it. I'd rather keep Kyrou to play on the right side though with Tkachuk and Schenn.

Also with Calgary losing Giordano and likely needing help on the back end, makes Parayko and Perunovich even more appealing. The reason I offer Perunovich is because we already have likely what he could possibly peak at in Krug locked up for 6 years and what we need is a top line left winger. Vladi wanting out, is the only reason I trade him for the **** disturber Tkachuk

You don't get that what I offered IS an overpay especially if I throw in a pick. Likely a bigger overpay than Vladi, Thomas and a 1st. You're not going to land a Parayko caliber defensman this free agency that won't cost you a **** ton to sign. Paraykos home town is near Calgary and would likely extend on a team friendly deal

Parayko is a RD and just another version of Tanev, not needed at all. Flames are insanely deep on LD prospects so Perunovich is redundant. Gio was a 2nd pair dman last year and can be replaced internally already or with a short term cheap stopgap #4

Also, hate to break it to you but Tkachuk has Calgary by the balls right now on his contract. Calgary at minimum will have to offer 9 million for 1 year to keep Tkachuk from going to free agency, just to possibly lose him the next year.... you're not thinking. These deals are 100% worth Tkachuk and both sides would have a mutual interest in doing them.

Perunovich could turn into an offensive star on the back end. Parayko is without a doubt an upgrade to Tanev and would be a crazy addition to Calgary top 2 Pairings. And adding Parayko and Perunovich just gives you more options and Depth which isn't a bad thing with how often defenseman go down with injuries. And we're leaving out that Tarasenko would immediately help the top line playing on the right side with 30+ goals (again mark it down).

"Without a doubt an upgrade on Tanev"
0aeSygA.png

Calgary has Valimaki already who is at least as good as Perunovich

Tarasenko has to actually play to score goals you know, Tkachuk can play on that top line and pot 30 goals and 50 assists instead (mark it down).

Again you seem to really think your players are great so logically you should keep them

Maybe I'm an idiot and reading this wrong, but from what I see his expected goals against and corsi against per 60 are way high. Meaning when he's on the ice he's allowing more goals and chances than Parayko. Right? Or am I missing something here.

No it reverese the direction for "against." So that good numbers stay above zero
Blue = good
Red = bad

For example here's Norris winner Adam Fox:
w8fUGKZ.jpg

Tanev went the first 9 games of the season averaging 20 minutes a night with a single 5v5 goal against
