From a CHI point of view, this is negligent for us to do. We have a lot of forward depth and Mitchell is considered a top prospect in our system who's gained NHL minutes this year albeit rushed. The 2nd adds further salt as the late picks don't achieve much for us in our rebuild and the players coming back don't do anything with all due respect.

DET - a 5th would be on low end of return for Butcher, but wouldn't quibble. Some Red Wings fans have expressed interest, others have no interest.
CGY - Calgary fans expectations on a return for 1-year of Gaudreau is sky-high. Almost not worth it.
