Wood isn't as good as Coleman but the Devils wouldn't trade Wood unless they get a package similar to Coleman's package. Wood is very important to the Devils so it would take a big overpayment to get him imo

That’s more of a statement about the leafs system. Just because he’s one of their better ones doesn’t mean he’s an A prospect.

Craig Button is quite possibly the worst prospect evaluator in the business. He didn’t even have Liljegren on the list. Right now I’d say Abruzzese is 7th at best in the Leafs system (I’d have Sandin, Robertson, Amirov, Liljegren, Niemela, Hallander ahead at the very least, and I’m more of a fan of Hirvonen for a diminutive centre as well, and Abramov’s debatably better at this point also). Losing a year of development sucks, especially for a guy who faces an extreme uphill battle anyway due to his size.
