Id take this trade in a second, but as it sits the blues would have to give another prospect on this one. Dunn and tarasenko are both not proven anymore, tkachuk is a proven player and plays a rare gritty game. Itd cost us mikkola or kostin to make it a even trade.

Robert Thomas has never had more than 45 points and has a career average of 0.51 pts per game which isn’t bad but not even close to getting tkachuk. Also Thomas just came off a pretty bad season

That's true, but to be fair he won't get more than 45 points until he does. That could very well be next season. Either way I'm in no rush to move Chucky. Ideally he bounces back next season and gets an extension.
