I'm not crying, I just was calling him out for the false information. Obviously the NHL rule on the salary cap is faulty and must be address. This is a big loophole that teams are starting to realize how to use to take advantage of cap.

In 2015, Tampa was the only team that wanted to make a rule that would limit teams to go over the salary cap in the playoffs. No one else wanted it.

And why was that? Because they felt that they got screwed that year because of it (and it wasn't right then). If I was a Lightning fan, I would have been complaining too at that time).
