Not saying Ek's bad but he's getting paid more than Nuge and it's long term?

Great Contract.

This is such a steal of a deal. By the end of the 8 years on this contract the cap will have risen to around 100M. Nuge is a super dynamic Center/Wingman who can play up and down the lineup in so many different roles. He has been the heart and soul of the Oilers since he got there and is a fan favorite, I am stoked to see him stay as the first ever career Oiler. He plays every single shift like its his last. If you consistently watch Oilers games, whenever the team is down and out and lacks energy, 9 out of 10 times it is Nuge who scores, or makes a big play to lift the team up. This deal is awesome for the Oilers.

The term really worries me
