There are a few problems with your Detroit trade.

1. Söderblom is a prospect that Detroit is unlikely to give up.
2. Katchouk looks to be good but he is eligible for waivers and a LW which is a position where we don't have a free roster spot. He or someone else would have to be waived and maybe lost for nothing.

For Detroit to be interested you have to accept that all you'll get back is future considerations and any prospects you offer must be exempt from both waivers and expansion draft. Possible ones are; Alnefelt, Cajkovic, Goncalves, Finley, Ryfors.

I think that's fair value for Killorn... I'd pay it. Just curious if Tampa's cap squeeze will lower prices with every GM knowing they have to dump 3 of Johnson, Palat, McDonaugh, Gourde, and Killorn. Not sure where the Oilers fit in the NTC for a player like him.

Yeah in this case I have the Oilers targeting Killorn as a cheaper RNH replacement if he does end up walking. Hopefully the allure of playing with McDavid and Draisaitl is enough to get a player to waive their NTC. I think Tampa may have to end up moving one of Sergachev/Cirelli in order to clear cap if other teams are reluctant to take on one of the older players contracts.

I think that Tampa will end up protecting Mcdonagh/Sergachev over him. Although it will be interesting to see if Tampa ends up leaving Mcdonagh exposed and dares Seattle to take his contract.
