CBJ does make sense but there is no way they are trading Roslovic. CBJ sees him as a possible 2C if his defensive game comes around.

CBJ makes sense, but I don't think Eichel would enjoy it there. That team needs a whole new identity if they bring in Eichel. Eichel would thrive with speed and skill, and Columbus doesn't have much of that in their top 6.

You aren’t getting that much in return for Eichel. Market is set by what teams are willing to pay, not what you think he’s worth

It’s not due to his potential being Off the charts or his impact on the ice. It’s the fact he’s a local kid who wants to be here. We have to rebuild the culture. He’s a kid who’s dedicated to the team and we need that back in the org. While he’s definitely a decent piece nowhere near the level of eichel or even byfield, his importance is too great at this time.

Also I don’t think you’ll get that 22 first. We’ll want that pick assuming jack goes under the knife for surgery. Add the 2 late first picks and swap out roslovic for foudy.
