Yesterday I saw a trade that involved Rossi and Boldy. BUF did just draft Rossi's winger...Quinn It was more of a discussion vs actual trade, but it might not be the worst thing to have those two paired together again.

Overpayment imo. At this point I can't see the Eichel offer exceeding much the value of a max offer sheet (4 firsts). This offer totals up to 6 firsts pretty easily.

Except for the little fact that Rossi and Quinn played on separate lines. The only time they played together was on the powerplay, or the odd double shift every now and again.

This offer would be fine if you drop the boldy. Very small change the wild would give up Boldy, fiala and greenway like this. Boldy would likely be dropped from the equation if anything.
But this creates more holes than fills overall.

Well there's a first in general. Boldy is also a first. Fiala and Dumba are worth over a first, combined I could see them bringing another first. Lastly some team would pay up a lower first for Greenway+3rd. That totals up to 6 firsts.

That's value wise even higher than this is. You've just changed Dumba and Greenway to Rossi and Foligno. There's no chance Wild is entertaining that idea. That's their whole young core minus Kaprizov.

Fundamentally this does not make Wild a better team.
