Zegras is apparently a non starter so I’d assume that plus the 3rd pick would definitely be off the table.

We don't have $12 million in cap space ($15.4 million minus $3.4 million). And management has already made it clear that we're not trading Zegras or Drysdale or Gibson, and there are strong indications that we won't be trading Comtois, either.

I thought Friedman said it but I know that report was circulating on this site for some time. I’d be very surprised if they moved both zegras and the puck but crazier things have happened.

I really don't want to give up Comtois. Love his style of play. I just don't see how we get Eichel without giving him up, assuming Z and Drysdale are off the table. Only thing I can think of is more picks to replace comtois' value.

At this point I’m down to I want Zegras and 3OA for Jack and that’s good enough for me, I’ll take whatever cap dumps or whatever other exchanges but that’s what I want.
