Getting Perron is a stretch but he'd be such a great addition alongside a returning Clifford.
Getting David Savard would be the Leafs best and more cost effective move especially if they wanted to bring back Hyman.

    Kesler is currently inactive and isn't coming back from his hip injury and it has I'm sure ended his career so now he is an LTIR contract. Dubas would trade for that in order to operate above the cap. As for the Blues trade, you have many forwards within your arsenal and it didn't take the Blues anywhere just one full sweep at the Hands of the Avs so if you are going to change something you might as well trade a forward for a valuable Top 4 defenceman making your d core Faulk, Scandella, Krug, and Rielly and you wouldn't like that why?
