You need to add for G Man. If the season falls apart and he wants to leave for a contender they’ll get more at the TDL, so an offer now has to be more tempting than that

Philly has no cap space this would be a cap dump I’d add a condition on the pick of the sens make the playoffs it’s a first but thats it

It doesn’t make sense for them to take on White then. Giroux as a player isn’t a cap dump despite the Flyers looking to shed cap. They can get something more for him if need be and not take on White’s risky deal too

OTT isn't lacking for cap space. White isn't negative value.

Youre selling an asset at its lowest and adding a draft pick to pay for a 34yo declining asset.

That is bad management. This is the Derek Stepan trade but worse

He looked better last year. You don't sell low on a <25yo NHL capable C.

Worst case scenario when OTT needs the cap, if OTT needs to buy him out they can.
