Obviously leaf fans overrate their own players a good amount (all fans do), but duck fans are too much- you see people saying the ducks would not include Comtois as the main package along with picks for Jack Eichel, which is absolutely wild.

Every fan base has their good and bad fans ahah.

Any one that says Comtois doesnt go to BUF as the main piece for Eichel is in denial, especially with the report Zegras and Drysdale are off the table Comtois + 3OA has to be the centre piece

Yeah, I guess the Eichel packages are recency bias, so I have duck fans and thier awful trades in mind. Believe me, I know how crazy leaf fans are (I'm one of them)- signing US born players to come play on a discount for the leafs.

I like Comtois, but if he can get you Eichel without touching Zegras and Drysdale, it's a must. Running Eichel-Zegras- Getzlaf down the middle is elite. Sign a few free agent dmen (like a Saved and Murray) so you can insulate Drysdale and the young dmen a bit, and that team looks real good.
