LOL get outta here. Not even thought about by Toronto.
You're offering an aging goaltender, who's basically an average goalie outside of the defensive system in New York, and a a 3rd pair defenceman that doesn't even crack Toronto's lineup for a young star, winger with elite upside and on a great contract. Not even close. Doesn't matter about Mayfield's good playoff play, or Varlamov's numbers. Again they're both helped but a highly defensive system on New York.
Toronto doesn't need Mayfield who would fight with Bogosian for 3rd pair minutes, and Bogosian is free and doesn't cost any players to get. & Leafs are already comfortable going with Campbell as their #1 do they likely sign a backup or trade for one that can develop into a starter in a few seasons when Campbell starts to age. But it'll likely be a younger guy that has some experience to be able to push Campbell (I like Adin Hill for that spot personally).
But hey, after your offer maybe Toronto counters with Alex Kerfoot and Justin Holl for Anthony Beauvillier. Would you accept?
