Just my thoughts here. Jones trade is probably not likely but a player like Huberdeau could do wonders for the Jackets.

1. Sign RFAs - Laine, Tex, Stenlund, and Peeke should be the priorities here
2. Expansion Draft - My best guess is the Robinson will be left exposed and get taken by Seattle
3. Trade Seth Jones - Huberdeau probably isnt leaving Florida but this deal might interest Bill Zito since he is very familiar with the players in this package. Puts a friendly face in front of Bob too. Would be fun to see what a player like Huberdeau could bring to the Jackets' offense.
4. Trade A Goalie - Elvis to me is the one that the Jackets should keep. Kivi and Daniil have some promise behind him so if that ends up being a mistake, hopefully one of those guys can fill the role in the future. Sam Reinhart's future in Buffalo seems in question so he might be able to be acquired for a decent price. Korpi, Bemstrom, and a first seems pretty reasonable here for someone who is frustrated in Buffalo.
4. The Draft - Simon Edvinsson would be a solid grab in the draft after the Jones trade.
5. Free Agency - The Jackets probably won't make any splash signings here. Realistically, a center and a defenseman are the needs at this point and mid-level free agents should be the targets. At center, Phillip Danault is a realistic target if they can get him to leave Montreal. With likely a new system next year, Wennberg's skill down the middle might have been nice to have.
Defensively, I think adding depth and options is probably the route the team will take. Lots of young players in this position. Could be a spot for TDL moves if Jackets are competing.
