You'll have to offer a 1st + a 2nd + a 3rd and nothing back before there's a deal to be had.

An option is to add prospects - Johnson + Finley + Goncalves for future considerations.

Lipanov isn't good enough. Make it Finley or Goncalves instead and you have a deal.

If you make it Alnefelt + Finley + Goncalves you can keep the picks, the players are better for Detroit than picks.

Id rather move Johnson with a 2022 1st and a small add. i dont think it takes more than that if it even takes that much. hes more likely to be taken by Seattle for less than a trade with anyone else

No he isn't. Seattle isn't just gonna help you out. Their price will be worse because you're not just asking them to take Johnson; you're asking them to ignore better options.

Again, you seem confused. All of the players you listed are better than Johnson. THEY ARE BETTER OPTIONS. So if you want them to take your cap dump (Johnson) in the expansion draft you pay more.
