I can certainly see him dominating soon. This is much better than 2x 4.5m, then having to pony up 8x 9m. Hopefully I'm wrong, but he wants top dollar, plus it's NYC which means tac on 1m.

No arbitration means you don’t bet against yourself. No one is worth that money as a goalie. Screwed us over paying Hank so much. No reason to do it again for someone less proven.
