Not a Nashville fan, but he’s not been good for them so far. Still has loads of potential and they need a guy on the right side really bad. Maybe something to Columbus for Jones? Idrk.

I don't see them wanting a RHD as they have Ellis and Carrier there. I was envisioning them either packaging for a top 6 forward, trading for picks, or trading for a 21-23 yr old forward that might need a change of scenery.

I can't see them trading him for just picks. If they do move him, I think it'd be for another young prospect/NHLer with top 6 potential or in a package for a legit top 6 winger.

Though I really do know if I can see them moving him right now; he hasn't had the best start in NSH, but he still has loads of potential and is some of the only youth we have at RHD. To me, it makes more sense to move Ellis -- but I don't know if that's a Poile move...

Carrier and fabbro haven’t been very good. I’m assuming Ellis can’t eat ALL the minutes. Josi and co. are in their primes, I doubt they start the rebuild for another 2-4 years. If Jones is available, bringing him back wouldn’t be a terrible option imo. Nashville is built off of their defense + Saros. I’d try to improve there rather than at forward. But again, not an expert on the team.

Carrier has been pretty solid. He logged 25 mins per game in the playoffs. But I see where you're coming from with them being built off their defense and continuing that trend.

With Vince Dunn likely being sold low on why not use Fabbro to acquire him- likely not much extra needed and a fantastic opportunity to acquire a fantastic D

Ya if he's still around after the expansion and they want to do a dman swap that's a decent option. Pre expansion wouldn't make sense because they both need protection and I kind of assume that's why Dunn would be sold low.

It hurts to loose Kuokkanen but the Devils badly need defense.

If Devils don't want to trade Kuokkanen, maybe Boqvist or Merkley?

Boqvist is cost controlled, expansion exempt, and could have more potential

But I think Kuokkanen is more reasonable
