Description

Schwartz takes a 1 year prove it deal. Miller and Palat are both Berube players through and through. Still no elite top 6 player added, but the offense is much deeper than before. If Vladdy comes back as a 20-30 goal scorer it is even more potent. I assume Seattle takes Barbashev and we do not resign Sanford after these additions to the top 9. The defense is iffy, but if Mikkola and Walman continue to improve, I am less worried, especially with the addition of two defensively responsible forwards.

problem is he may wind up being the cap fodder this year he isn't going to mutually agree to terminate and sign a smaller deal. with johnson either Killorn or Palat are gonzo in separate deals. i saw your McD post unfortunately that albatross is going to hang around JBB's neck

What have we learned with "bad contracts". mac could end his career on ltir and not cost a dime on the salary cap. but he has about 2-3 years left where hes top four and there are awful d-cores out there who would take him knowing they could get him for pennies.

And I'd move killorn before palat.
