Philly ( bounce backs from Hart and Jones, their D and forwards are deep and good )
Carolina ( good depth and as long as Andersen/Raanta don't get injured they're a good team )
NYI ( LD is a concern after Pelech and grit doesn't always pay off in the regular season )
NYR ( Bounce-backs/improvements from their D, I like their goaltending and offence )
Pittsburgh ( Malkin being out for some time sucks, don't like their forward depth and D will be interesting )
Washington ( Goaltending is a big ? )
New Jersey ( good young team that has a chance but most likely an improvement year )
Columbus ( obvious )

i'll add the WC after i do the Atlantic, those will be my final predictions unless a big moves happens, ( an RFA refusing to sign will result in a review, so will a trade and a decent FA signing )

How do people hate the Stars logo???

Anaheim being at the bottom makes sense as that logo sucks

Unpopular opinion - the original six logos are overrated. Only the Red Wings is top tier imo. Hurricanes and Lightning logos are better than the Habs, Leafs and Bruins.

If they were relatively new nhl teams, no one would think their logos were anythings special. But each team has a long history and logos obviously grow on people over time.

IMO these are the truly ELITE players in the NHL. Could be missing a few.

Tier 3 and tier 4 were fairly hard to separate on 3-5 players

Is put Pettersson in tier 4, as well as Barzal. I’d think Matthews could be tier 2 but idk

I would put Kucherov and arguably Vasilevskiy in tier 2 as well. I definitely think that whatever tier Vasilevskiy is in, there shouldn’t be another goalie. Hellebuyck is the clear 2nd best goalie, but I wouldn’t say it’s a particularly close 2nd honestly. I’ve been thinking of doing something similar tbh, I might make one of these soon.
