Are we really ready for those highlight reel goals?

Does this mean he is coming to America next year?
This guy is going to be a bust or a homerun. I can't wait to see him on a small rink.
He'll either play for Montreal or with Frolunda which he has a valid contract still so no way he's playing with Laval because of that contract. Worst comes to worst he plays in the SHL and burns an ELC year or the best is if one of our dman gets picked by Seattle he's the clear cut replacement for (Like Rommy) third pairing duties and start the learning curve.

Plus he’ll be able to join Laval/Montréal at the end of the season once Frolunda is done playing.
For once a habs prospect that is underrated. I don't get it, why do so many of their prospects get overrated, but he doesn't, despite being perhaps the most promising of all?

You think he's underrated? People (including me) are saying he's easily a top 4 defender in his prime. He's as hyped as Romanov IMO

I don’t know. He might go under the radar league-wide, but like @KSIxSKULLS said, he’s probably about as hyped as Romanov in habs circles.

I think this is because Norlinder isn't a thought on most national media. You guys all know that I hate MTL's media (I'm a broken record on the topic), and making overly optimistic takes on Romanov (hyped as a likely calder finalist last offseason by MTL media) and Caufield (hyped as a 40-50 goal scorer before touching the NHL ice surface) will eventually catch on around the league and really has this past year largely as the result of some of these really bold takes in brackets.
I haven't seen any of this with Norlinder. I've never seen any rash optimism and I'm sure many non-MTL fans still have no clue who he is.
But yeah, I'm excited for him. Where the overhype has lead me to be irritated in regards to Cole and Alex, the quiet nature of Norlinder despite actually being super skilled and promising makes me really like him. (I don't hate the Habs, I just don't like the Habs media - Please don't ruin Norlinder for me too, Habs Media!!)
This kid has a ton of potential. With Norlinder now signed, the Habs future D is gonna be stacked. He rose to the occasion extremely well this season in the SHL and he's only 20 years old! Just an outstanding young swedish defenseman. I kind of wanted us to draft him over Rees, but Rees is turning out pretty well too. I'm hyped to see when this kid comes over to North America.
