Marner is staying no matter if you like it or not.... I don’t see why people all of a sudden hate him. It’s not just his fault, it’s the whole teams. That’s how they lost.

I think Simmonds should stay and maybe Galch.

I dont think people realize how invisible the teams depth was. What Toronto needs is high energy players that provide depth scoring, physicality, and just pressure in general. Goodrow and Coleman for example. Sam Bennett would have been perfect, Miles Wood comes to mind, Rakell too.

I like Simmonds as a person, but he was mostly ineffective this year. The only time he played consistently well was about 4-5 games pre-injury. TO should move on from him.

He was doing good at the begining but when he got that injury he was never the same after I think he deserves another chance with the leafs and he brings that energy in the locker room and he fights and gets the guys hyped up.
