Just figured I'd post this in case there's anyone on here who qualifies and is interested.

Basic summary is that the Leafs are offering pretty cool Management and Coaching Development programs for members of marginalized groups. There are two one-year contracts available (one for coaching, one management) that will provide the recipients with an opportunity to get some good first-hand experience and potentially make connections and help get their foot in the door, all while being paid.
