I think they move Kadri instead of they are trying to make room for Saad. With Newhook in the fold now and Jost looking like he has solidified the 3C spot. Moving Kadri is a luxury they can explore

I looked at Armchair GM teams from Avalanche fans, and mulitple had them moving Donskoi. It doesn't have to be Donskoi, but the Avs will need cap room if they're going to re-sign Landeskog/Saad/Grubauer. This could lead to several players hitting the trading block, such as Donskoi, Kadri, etc.

Not avalanche fans posting it...other fans who think avs should trade players for nothing so they dont lose them for free in the expansion draft

Avs dont have to make a move if they dont want to. They actually have enough cap space to extend Landeskog Gruabaur Makar and Jost after they lose someone in XD and will have a 22 man roster.
