Your scenario is wrong, New jersey with Vancouver's win is locked in at #4 overall Vancouver can't pass them unless they get a top 2 pick. Even if Vancouver loses out the best they can get is #5 overall the current Columbus pick. Under this scenario with LA getting the #1 pick NJ would only fall to #5 not #6 that would go to Vancouver.

Not sure i'm following you here, On the right side you've NJ at #6 yet on the left side you say NJ #5 which in this scenario would be correct. Vancouver can't finish higher then NJ unless they get a top 2 spot. You show Vancouver at #5 and New jersey at #6. If you're going by Tankathon then New Jersey would only slip to 5 since the only team under them is LA that got the #1 spot and all other teams drop 1 spot.
