LA seems set up to have an interesting offseason. They could be making a huge mistake in making a big win-now trade.

Buffalo seems like they’re ready to cut losses with the players who want out and try to rebuild once more. It sucks, but it’s the best thing they can do given their situation. I’m guessing that top-10 pick would be either from LA or Anaheim, because both teams seem poised to do something stupid (Eichel/Jones & Dubois rumours). Although I wouldn’t put it past Vancouver, Columbus, or San Jose to make a bad win-now move.

Not re-signing Hyman would be stupid on Toronto’s part. It’s not like they don’t have the cap space for him either. I love it.

Yeah that's a good idea if though many teams ill likely be chasing after Coleman. He is really just a downgrade for a cheaper winger to replace Hyman. I do like the fit of him on the leafs though.

LA and ANA need to go all in on Eichel - neither should touch Jones, I agree.

I do think Jones is still great (not everyone thinks he is), but the chance he's worth the likely HAUL CBJ is gonna ask for is slim. They're gonna ask high rightfully so, but if the price is like a good first, a elite prospect, a roster player - thats getting very damn expensive for a team who does not need d.

I think they should get Eichel but Jones is a rental and won't likely resign.

I think having a 1 2 punch of Byfield and Turcotte would be great. Sure Eichel would definitely improve that, but they have other needs like wingers and LHD
