There is no overreacting to be had here. The poor kid got crushed point blank on his birthday right after he scored his first career playoff goal. If you're complaining about him having his head down, you're just making stuff up at this point. Besides, Scheifele could have pulled up after he knew the puck was probably going in and who the heck decides to lay an open ice hit when he was about to score like that. The situation is sort of over now anyways, so if you think there was overreacting for some reason, just brush it off. Scheifele did wrong and he got the proper punishment for his actions.
