Eichel to NYR Kreider to Seattle

That Kreider contract is already looking questionable... could they convince him to go to Seattle? (and Seattle to take him?)

Eichel is getting traded, that seems obvious now. What would the package look like?

Without one of Kakko/Lafreniere heading to Buffalo once again Eichel wont be a Ranger. And there's no freaking way Kreider is waiving for an expansion team.

I would swap Kakko and Buch in the Eichel trade, if it was possible to move Kreider, and then not get Coleman.

However, I don't really see a way out of the Kreider/Trouba contracts right now, nor do I think we really need to dump them, right now.

I'd disagree on that pending team situations. Buch isn't 35 years old or anything... I'd be very surprised if Kakko ever surpasses Buch's current progression. Plus, Rangers will likely want to push "win now" starting with next year - especially given an Eichel trade - so, Buch is a lot more valuable given these parameters

Dude kakko has played for 2 years and is good defensive and Quinn is a terrible coach and buch plays top line with zibby

No I like howden he’s not great offensively but he works his butt off and probably has the best cardio on the team but thanks for calling me ignorant seems I really hit a nerve

Lol, if you think that its going to take a lafreniere/byfield after all this then you're delusional. Kakko is a maybe but even that is stretching it. No player has EVER had the surgery that Eichel is going to get AND he just torched the sabres

Wtf you talking about. Eichel has a herniated disc which athletes like Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning suffered. If you wouldn't trade Laf or Byfield for Eichel, you are delusional

Don’t get me wrong I love Buch and in a perfect scenario would love to keep him but buchie didn’t start off as an amazing player, kakko is as good of a defensive player and the offense will come so I’d easily keep kakko over Buch if it came down to it
