If I’m Chicago I don’t mess with the retool. Young guys are developing great. Don’t rush it and sell off good secondary pieces for a top line guy. This isn’t the team to do that with.

They somehow think that Montreal would be willing to give up Caufield + Primeau + Evans + 2 1sts + 2nd + Romanov + Guhle. In other words 6 1sts 2nd and a decent 3rd or 4th line center! Not to mention next offseason we would not have the cap space to resign Suzuki

Never under estimate a GM who feels that Eichel puts his team over the top. He could offer more
