I guess so. I'm looking forward to seeing Nash play before the playoffs, but i am rather dissapointed that Kerfoot is there instead of Hyman. Hyman is much more suited for a defensive line like that. Foligno has looked really good on the first, i want him to stay there. Andersen should never play another game for this franchise.

I do get why you're mad that Hyman is on the 1st line. I too think for the most part that he should be on the 3rd so he gets easier matchups and can kill it down there. But I don't have a big problem with him trying the 1st line out, don't worry too much about it.

Kerfoot is only at 2LW because of Hyman being on 1LW. They're not gonna put Foligno at 3LW you know what I mean.

The problems you mentioned are only because Hyman is on 1LW. When they're dunn trying that out the lines will go to normal.

Freddie lost 2 games in the AHL, Vezina candidates don't lose AHL games. Andersen is one of the worst goalies in the league. You just love him so much you aren't willing to admit it, but it's true

matthews/marner have been at their most dominant with zach hyman

for a while, hyman was the team's second highest scorer, he's literally one of our best players, don't reduce him to a checking role when you have less skilled guys like kerfoot/mikheyev/foligno etc. to do that

Hyman has looked far better in that role. Depth is really important in the playoffs, especially for such a soft team like Toronto. Marner and Matthews have also looked good with Foligno, that's why i want to keep him there

when they were together, hyman-matthews-marner was literally a top 3 line in the NHL, unstoppable with no weak link. line 2 is an excellent skill/workhorse line, line 3 is a checking line, and that old man line has been great whenever they've been deployed
