Lundell+ for Buchnevich. Doesn't necessarily have to be a massive +, but definitely a +.

He put up 48 in 54 despite spending half the season with COVID Mika (who was really ineffective), and getting essentially 0 meaningful minutes on the PP because of how Quinn deployed the units. Besides his offensive prowess, he really stepped up his defense this season. In terms of goals against per 60 while short-handed, he ranked 12th leaguewide among all players with 60+ mins played on the PK, while playing at least 14 mins more than anyone above him (25+ more minutes than anyone besides Jordan Staal). And you can lock him up long-term

For all three I don’t like it would cost more than Anton Stralman, Owen Tippet, and 2022 first. Stralman has one year, so half of Tippets value would be to dump him, and the other half of his value plus a 2022 first would be for the actual player you want. Call me crazy if you want, but there is no way their values are worth Lundell plus more.

Lundell + Uens for Buch. Top line winger who'd likely thrive with a playmaker like Huby or dynamic C like Barkov. Yes it's steep but the Rangers need C prospects, especially if they're trading a guy from their 1st line. Maybe they trade one of their D prospects to cover difference. Uens included because he's one of my favorite prospects lmao
