I would hope the Jets only consider the Copp trade if there is no chance we can re-sign him, or get equal value for him. Winnipeg should have no interest in getting stuck with Killorn's contract without being compensated for it.

I've seen seen say to many 3&4's for Killorn so this doesn't do it.

Gotta agree with you on Copp. I think he's the most underrated player in the league right now and would hope Winnipeg does what they can to keep him. Or at least if they have to move him, get something worth it. I feel like the most overrated player in the league in Ristolainen isn't the piece for the Jets

If TB wasn’t in cap hell I’d agree. But since they’re in cap trouble something has to give. Isn’t he the only one who doesn’t have full trade protection? Yeah maybe Johnson gets sent to SEA, but that’s still not enough room, another piece has to go, so you won’t get full value regardless of who’s moved, considering every team knows the situation you’re in. I think a 3rd is very fair for Killorn with the situation Tampa is in.
