Dvorak trade is a little questionable

NSH has no use for Kuemper

Switch Dvorak for Hayton, Dubas needs more Hounds!

Neither Boston nor Kessel have any interest in a reunion.

That Dvorak trade isn't realistic, no team is retaining that much for that long.

I understand what you mean, but i explained it in the trade, that this is what contenders do, they overpay for guys they need, and the leafs are gonna need a 3C with kerfoot going to seattle. I know the 4 years of retention looks pretty horrendous, but lets be honest, a full-on rebuilder like AZ should be able to handle it

So basically it is a first and a throw-in for Dvorak at 50% retained. A little overpay on Toronto's side but i think they take it

Contenders do this yes, but I wouldn't want to overpay THAT much because you never know we could be sitting with no 1st overall pick after getting knocked out in the 1st round again.

ARZ should be able to do it BUT they shouldn't cause 4 yrs is a lot y'know

First of all if Toronto gets knocked out in the 1st round there is 0 chance that first rounder becomes 1st overall.

Also i think AZ would just be willing to do anything to get some draft picks

As others have pointed out, that's not a fit for Nashville. We have Saros now and he's showing he can be the guy. We have Askarov in a couple years. If Rinne retires or we decide to go another route, there are quite a few UFA goalies that can play the part of backup goalie.
