That's my estimation at next 4 yrs. After reading Bettman's, and others, explanation of escrow n jargon, my head is spinning lol. I understand it, but wouldn't be able to repeat it properly. But it sounds awfully flat for 2yrs for sure, then up 1-2m, Maybe. Also, I think by 23 crowds will be out, thirsty and thirsty for entertainment.

Also!!! AGM should automatically adjust to guesstimated cap, say 83.5m for 24. To simply keep dreamers in check, since (imo) cap is located in an odd place where that never tend to look.
