viable option for the Oilers if LARSSON and BARRIE dont sign with the Oilers. this could be any team in need a solid 4-6 RHD

I would love a 3rd round pick but 4th would be fine imo

I can’t see Schultz wanting to go back to Edmonton.... pretty sure oilers fans would hate that idea as well considering his stint here before

I don't think buffalo trades a 2nd for a goalie with as brief a track record as Vanacek with league average results (.908 svp)

That's right CF67, they can just sign back either world beaters Hutton or Tokarski...Sticking Out Tongue

Well, they could resign Ullmark, their actual starting goalie, they could trade for a more established (and/or better) goalie or they could sign a UFA without giving up a pick.

Laugh at Tokarski, who was signed to be our FIFTH GOALIE. but his svp is better than Vanacek and hes playing on the worst team in the NHL tears of joy

How much money would it cost them to sign Ullmark? How easy would it be for them to bring him IN considering hes a UFA and Buffalo doesnt seem to have a plan for the future at this point. Other teams might be looking to strengthen their goaltending position also? Tokarski is 31 years old hardly a guy you use to build towards the future. a late 2nd round pick in a terrible draft isnt that risky for a young cost control starting goalie

completely different team completely different player. fresh start should be welcomed low cost risk for a player that could replace Barrie until Bouchard is ready to dominate as a top pairing guy

Tokarksi was signed to be our ahl back up. He isn't the solution to anything. If we are trading a 2nd for a goalie, we can get a more established one

I strongly disagree. Also Ullmark isn’t signed so you are trading for a starting goalie at this point

We could likely trade a 2nd for khudobin or Jake Allen, who would be lost for nothing in expansion and sign another goalie as a ufa if ullmark walks
