Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Cassidy said that he's skating and training on his own, but there still isn't a timeline for a return. If/when he does return, where in the world does he fit in with this roster? Does DeBrusk go to 4th line LW with Kuraly scratched, and Kase slot in on the 3rd RW? Other than that move, I don't know any possible way to fit him in. And I'd hate to break up that 4th line. Although the production isn't necessarily there, they're skating hard and having good chances.

Very likely kase is done for the year but if he does somehow manage to come back he probably just sits. Good replacement if any of the wingers get injured. If they REALLY want him in the lineup the only scenario I see like you said is scratching kuraly and putting ritchie or jd on 4LW. But I just don't see Cassidy doing that.

Unlikely to go through the playoffs with no injuries. I'd scratch Wagner and probably bump down Ritchie if Kase is healthy and fit.

I don't see him doing that either, but at the same time if they're in good position in the standings, and the biggest factor is if Kase is healthy enough to actually play, he might put him in for a few games just to try and get his legs back under him so he could be ready to jump in during the playoffs. But like you said, probably done for the year

I think Cassidy finally has the lines he wants to use going into the playoffs (with the exception of getting Carlo healthy). Even if Kase is cleared to play, it's hard to envision him playing over any of the twelve forwards that have played during this six game winning streak.
