I like the fact that we have 3 lines who've shown chemistry. And then I'm a big fan of adding Coleman into the mix to play on the one remaining line ideally with Foote and either Holtz or Mercer depending on who's ready. I guess my concern is that even though the other lines have had chemistry this year they haven't done all that much in terms of production or certainly the win column. I'm of the belief that this team HAS to be significantly better next year for the sake of development and morale. It's gonna be a tough call to either stick with what we have and hope everyone develops enough to be competitive or add a couple of established vets to address the issues. Like those top 2 lines have the potential to be very good if the players take another step next season but also could be kind of eh if guys stagnate.
Interested in Graves I like that deal. Kind of iffy on Murray, would rather sign him for two years. I had high hopes for him and he's been solid at times but also has had major lapses defensively which is supposed to be his bread and butter. Also his back issues concern me. I don't think Walsh is going to be ready definitely not for 2nd pairing. I'd look to sign a vet to play 2RD or maybe give Walsh a shot at the third pair with a very steady partner on his left.
