Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

This is honestly just me messing around with a possible continuation of the Blue Jackets selling. I don't think they move their top 2 D or Atkinson to remain slightly competitive, but clearing the logjam of contracts after that for younger guys who can try and earn minutes might work. I also opted not to try and trade Jenner, considering he's a veteran leader who the fans like and if they do decide to move him he's on an expiring contract.

Not sure of my value judgments in the trades. Domi and Kerfoot both had promise but aren't performing - Domi might work out as a gritty 3C on Toronto plus you know Domi legacy. Kerfoot gets more minutes and opportunity like he used to on the Avs.

Laine is a sign and trade, and don't know if I've over or under-priced him. I also don't know if Winnipeg will let Appleton go, but Nyquist is a proven contributor and Winnipeg is in more of a win-now mode.

In the end, they've also allotted cap space if they want to re-sign Roslovic, Puljujarvi, and Werenski at the end of the season.
