(Oleksiak probably will make closer to 3m, and Montour 3.5m.... I'm not sure why you continously sign Forsberg to 2m on all of your builds. He will 99.999% make less than 1 million bucks)

Overpayment for Oleksiak and Forsberg...... Montour also. Montour needs to prove himself again if he wants that kind of money. He goes for less money. Oleksiak isn't worth that and signing him to that deal doesn't help very much. Also can pretty much guarantee that Edler will be back, likely at a depth role and making a lot less money, but he will be back.

Example: I signed Montour for 4.5 BECAUSE he was being paid 3.8 before. So realistically he wouldn't want to sign with that team

I don't think these trades and signings are realistically going to make the team a contender. Also the wings deal will not be accepted by the wings there is no way the allow any kind of condition on a deal that is 3 drafts away as is. I think the value is fine, but you will lose the ability to lottery protect the pick by having it that far out.
