You're offer to LA would be close, but they're reportedly looking for a defence man under 27 to play with Doughty. For that reason, I think Dermott would be the one to go. He's losing his spot in Toronto to Sandin soon anyways and he'll be exposed to Seattle if he's not moved so I don't think Toronto will have a problem moving him. He fits what Rob Blake likes as LA has been a possession type team that focuses on analytics and Dermott generally has been considered and analytical darling. I also think it'll take a 1st because of the bidding war for him and retaining half his salary. But a 1st and Dermott is a bit too much of an overpay so I could see LA sending a mid round pick back to Toronto as well, maybe Toronto's 3rd that they own.
