I think this is a mistake. Wagner would have to clear waivers before he could be assigned to the taxi squad, and he would definitely get claimed before that happened.

Double checked. It looks like the site is currently reporting Strand on the active roster and Wagner on the taxi squad. Those two should be flipped.
