I think you need to watch some more hockey games. Nashville won't trade that guy as he is coming into his own and is young. As for Ekholm/Granlund, the ask from Nashville is a 1st, an A prospect and another asset for Ekholm alone.

tolvanen is hardley worth a 2nd now. he is too old, he isnt developing but rather hes just lucky. the granlund/ekholm is fair

Ekholm specifically for example we have a good comparable for with the Muzzin trade. A top 4 left handed defenseman under good contract with a year remaining. Muzzin fetched a 1st and 2 prospects. Why would Nashville ever not only take less than that but add in the meantime? Your value is off the comparable by a good prospect, a decent prospect, 3rd and 4th round picks and the value of Granlund(in the neighbourhood of a 2nd and a decent prospect). Thats not even in the same ballpark as fair.

Has to be a trolling account. 21 yr old with 10 goals in 30 games. Maybe you trade him for a 30 goal scorer in the prime of their career because that is what 'old' Tolvanen will be.

I think you misread the tone of my comment. I'm saying Tolvanen is going to be good and that this trade idea is silly.
