The Johansen, Eriksson, and Burns’ deals are too light. Need something to take JVR too.

Just btw the Hawks are going to protect Hagel over Wallmark
Hagel is having a great underrated rookie season and Wallmark has been scratched for most game since he's been trash

If he isn't traded at the TDL, and if I'm Ron Francis I would select either de Haan, Lucas Carlsson, or Ryan Carpenter

johansen is probably a quality piece add to the 2nd.
Burns goes well into his old years. It would cost at least a first a 2nd quality piece.
Eriksson would need another piece. Francis will know that Vancouver would be a little desperate to make a competitive team.
JVR is producing so it will be a 2nd or a B prospect

Matheson will be a Kraken.

Really hope the Jets don't protect DeMelo, he's so overrated and has been absolutely nothing special, overpaid 3rd pair dman, really hope Seattle wants him!

Btw this is like the 4th of 5th post where you have Columbus protecting Nyquist and also have him as an option to be selected.

I agree Lagesson should be getting protected over Jones if we are choosing to protect one of them.

Do you think it would be worth it if the Preds and Sharks give up their first to make Seattle take Johansen and Burns?
I agree with JVR and Loui. I just saw some news that Francis is scaring GMs by making the price high for not taking certain players. Im guessing the price is going to be very high to take bad contracts

Why? All of Jones' stats are better and Lagesson has been horrible the past couple games.

I disagree. Jones is horrible! Lagesson has been a good option for Larsson. They both play the same game as each other, and are a solid shutdown pair. Hasn’t Jones not played for a long time too? I don’t see the hype for him, and why everyone thinks he’s very good.

Lagesson isn't shutting down anything. If anything hes allowing more through as his Corsi For% is 39.82% (the average is somewhere near 50). Caleb Jones' Forsi For% is 52.97% and allows less than Lagesson.

The amount of long term big money on this roster is insane. They would be horrible for years and even if they draft well, they won't be able to afford anyone unless guys retire.

Jones always was on the bottom pair, and not going against the tougher competition like Lagesson has. If Jones was second pair his would be less than Lagessons is.
