Andersen hasn’t been good this year, but he doesn’t have negative value. he’s not on a long, expensive contract or anything, he’s a ufa at the end of the year. the leafs wouldn’t have to pay to move him. I want to see him play after he’s fully healed, if his injury was really affecting him. that’s not the freddy we know, for the most part. If he still isn’t good after that, we know it’s time to move on.

And the Leafs don’t touch that Arizona trade even with a 10 foot pole. Garland is gonna need a raise. Sandin is our best shot at replacing Rielly if he leaves. and Robertson has 3 years on an elc.
I’d do like a B prospect + 2nd for Kuemper without retention. That’s my max. He’s injury prone and it’s not like he’s got a lot of term, he doesn’t. Lehner got a 2nd, a prospect and M.Subban on an expiring contract and he is a better goalie. One year of Kuemper (maybe, injury prone) for anything more than what I already stated would be silly of Dubas to do.
