Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Not an Oilers fan but this is my best try on the Roster next year. Holloway will make the team next year after a great year in college. That would be huge for the Oilers to get a good player on ELC for 3 years. Next, I resigned Nuge to a deal as I think he will stay. I wanted to add some depth scoring so I resigned Kahun and signed Staal and Gusev. For defense, it seems like Klefbom will be back. Bouchard and Broberg will get full time jobs in the top 6. I wasn't sure whether to sign Hamiliton to a 9Mx7 deal or to keep Barrie to a 6x4. I decided to keep Barrie and use the extra money on Gusev. In Net, the OIlers should sign Driedger to be the starter/split time with Koskinen.

Pretty easy seeing McLeod winning a job over Turris in camp to start the year. But also Khaira is probably qualified (1.3 mil) and still in the 4C role here anyway.

Benson Mcloed marody could be a line next year carry over the chemistry benson and marody for sure have nothing left to prove in ahl it’s time to see them in the big league. Mcloed is a wild card still not sure he is as ready but near enough to be given a shot from what I hear his defensive part of the game could still use a bit of time

To be honest Benson and Marody are putting up points but are not fast enough skaters to hack it. Their whole AHL time had them as offensive players and they are just now learning to penalty kill so I cant see them playing bottom 6.

Holloway isnt going to be playing on the first line he will be 3LW.

I dont expect to see Broberg till after at least a year in the AHL. He's having a mediocre season in sweden and when he comes in he will be bottom pairing.

You arent getting Gusev to bench Archibald.

I would think edmonton would be aiming higher than a 37 year old eric staal? Maybe Eric Haula or somebody like that?

You would have Gaetan Haas sticking around before you keep mcleod around to warm the bench, he can still play in bakersfield and get called up later without waivers.

I can’t say for certain since I’ve only been able to watch highlights not full game footage but benson appears to have gained movement speed. Not overly concerned about that as long as they are committed to playing responsible hockey don’t need to be flying all over the place. Elc contracts are up need to see what we have in them I like the idea of keeping them together for chemistry just ramping up the difficulty level. It’s going to be somewhat limited role can be sheltered to some extent no pressure of any special teams
