As tempting as this might be since they’ve finally started playing well, I don’t think this is the year to go all in just yet. I still think they should try for a blockbuster trade this off-season, make a few other signings and trades, etc. People may disagree, but I think depending on this off-season they could very well be a contender next season. Then I think you can consider going all in. I just don’t want them to trade for anyone in season who is a rental and doesn’t have term.

Some of those players traded for aren't better what the Rangers have now. Plus with the bonuses Rangers have to pay, no way they get that close to the cap.
