I think they could get better. A late 1st and a late 2nd in a terrible draft would be beaten by 1 decent prospect, and Kerfoot is a cap penalty, they need that cap next year

Give me one reason why the sabres pass this trade. Kerfoot and a first is enough, as Hall has struggled this season. Hall is also a rental on the nhl's worst team. I cannot see a single reason for them to pass.

Ok, we will send him else where. He'd get at least a 3rd. And I feel like trading Liljgren is what Toronto is going to do at this point. Hall is certainly good return for him.

I doubt they would pass. It is a solid offer for a player that will most certainly not be there next year.

Hall liked the coach. The coach is gone now and the brutal remains of the franchise executives remain.
