Foligno is injured, even if he wasn't, he's not going anywhere. Wild just gave him a 3 years extension in January

I assume Foligno is a non-starter for the Wild but Greenway could be had. I don't mind the idea of Kerfoot for Greenway, it does probably depend on what comes back with him though.

Kerfoot doesn't do much for me. He's more of the same: another 3rd line player. I'd rather have Greenway personally

I go back and forth on it. He's more flexible lineup wise than Greenway and if you're gonna lose him to expansion I don't hate the idea of getting a little something something for him. At the end of the day though I think you see where the season lands and see if somebody wants to buy high in the offseason before expansion.

I don't think he should be considered untouchable by any stretch of the imagination.

Definitely agree that I'm fine with moving Greenway for the right price, I just don't think Kerfoot is the right price. But you bring up a good point, Kerfoot is more versatile

If it happened in season, which I assume OP is proposing, we would need a similar caliber roster player back. If they offered a 1st and Kerfoot for Greenway before the deadline, IDK how you turn that down.
